Mr. Leishman was voted Rookie of the Year on the PGA Tour in 2009, which was highlighted by a runner-up finish to Tiger Woods at the BMW Championship. He captured his first PGA Tour victory at the Travelers Championship in 2012 and finished tied for 4th with Tiger Woods at the 2013 Masters Tournament. In 2015, Mr. Leishman recorded his first European Tour victory at the Nedbank Golf Challenge and logged four top-10 finishes including a playoff loss in The 2015 British Open Championship at the Old Course of St. Andrews in Fife, Scotland.

Roy Israel, President and CEO of NAM stated, “The PGA Tour truly has national and international appeal that is both select and prestigious. NAM’s sponsorship of Marc is an ideal way to not only reach an exclusive audience who watch and play golf in the U.S. and around the world, but also to be associated with a sport of great tradition.”

Last year, Mr. Leishman withdrew from the 2015 Masters when he learned that his wife, Audrey, had suffered from acute respiratory distress syndrome. It forced him to suspend his schedule and take time off to look after his wife and two young sons, Oliver and Harvey. She miraculously recovered and Mr. Leishman has resumed his career on the PGA Tour. Additionally, he and his wife recently started a foundation to provide funding for local children’s hospitals in Virginia where they reside. The Begin Again Foundation, in recognition of Audrey’s near death experience and incredible recovery, supports others faced with difficult challenges.

“I admire Marc as a competitor and the incredible dedication he has shown toward his family in light of Audrey’s illness. He has unquestioned integrity which is a hallmark of our business. We are very proud to be a partner with Marc, and I truly wish him much success in the tournaments ahead,” Mr. Israel said.
